Your system is infected with the "Happy99.exe" virus which attaches
itself to your email files and generates its own emails with the virus
attached.  I just got an email identical to this one with with the virus
attached.  (If you don't execute the file it's not activated and ok.) 
This virus was around a few weeks ago and a search of the archives will
inform you of what to do an where to get a program to fix it.
