Bill,

I'm still waiting for a reply to the private message I sent to you a few
days ago. You appear to be ignoring me, or maybe you didn't get my private
message, or both.

In any case, avoiding as much politics as I can, I humbly request that you
provide your own answers to the following questions.

With reference to the Tallahassee Democrat article at
http://www.tdo.com/news/breaking/docs/19SCIENTI-CMP-NWS.htm:

1. When Wakulla County Sheriff David Harvey said, "We're pretty certain . .
.. that had he been at Wal-Mart, he would have also died"; what do you
suppose he meant:

  a. The air conditioners used at Wal-Mart cause a hypoxic environment to
exist in those stores?
  b. Wal-Mart is giving away free rebreathers?
  c. The causes of Henry Kendall's death were most likely unrelated to his
breathing mixture and his diving equipment?

2. When the article goes on to say, "It may be several days before Harvey
gets a final coroner's report, but he said an autopsy showed Kendall died of
natural causes -- likely from hemorrhaging that started in the stomach.";
which of the following is most likely correct, in your opinion:

  a. The Tallahassee Democrat article mis-quoted Sheriff Harvey?
  b. Sheriff Harvey misunderstood the Coroner's report of the autopsy
results?
  c. Sheriff Harvey is lying?
  d. The Coroner was mistaken in his conclusion?
  e. The Coroner is lying?
  f. Hemorrhaging starting in the stomach is a consequence of hypoxia?
  g. From the information we have so far, the correct answer to question
number 1 above seems to be "c"?

3. When you drop hints, inuendos, and blatant accusations that the people
associated with the Wakulla 2 project are somehow trying to cover-up or
misrepresent the true cause of Herny Kendall's death, are you suggesting
that:

  a. The Wakulla 2 team has so much political power that they can influence
what Sheriff Harvey reports to the media?
  b. The Wakulla 2 team has so much political power that they can persuade
the Coroner to issue a false report?
  c. There really is no Sheriff Harvey, but rather one of the Wakulla 2 team
members is masquerading as him?
  d. There really is no Coroner, but rather one of the Wakulla 2 team
members is masquerading as such?
  e. Jeffrey McMurray, author of the Tallahassee Democrat article, is really
a member of the Wakulla 2 team?
  f. No member of the Wakulla 2 team has ever tried to misrepresent Henry
Kendall's cause of death, but you just want everyone to believe that they
did.

I'm eagerly awaiting your response to these questions. I imagine you will
avoid directly answering these questions by trying to change the subject,
with references to Richard Nordstrom's comments in that same Tallahassee
Democrat article, and/or by referencing the death of Ian Rolland. Don't
bother with that tactic. I've already confirmed with Richard Nordstrom that
in his conversation with the reporter, the topic was CLEARLY specific to the
MK-5P (quite different from the prototype MK-4). Also, as you know (or at
least should know) from the information relevant to Ian's death that I sent
you in private: whereas I am waiting to see the Coroner's report before
forming my own opinion on the true cause of Henry's death, there is NO DOUBT
that Ian's death was NOT a result of hypoxia (whether or not it had anything
to do with diabetes). We can discuss these issues in greater detail on
another thread if you wish, but I would appreciate it if you would first
respond by answering the three questions above.

If you choose to not to answer my questions, then I suggest you follow the
advice I offered in my private mail and resist the urge to convert hearsay,
inuendo, and speculation into "facts", as you seem to be doing at the
moment.

Aloha,
Rich

P.S. No, this is not a joke, nor do I think any of this is funny.
