I have gotten several emails from people infected by the Happy99 virus
having trouble removing it.  Our IS manager wrote a short program to clean
out the virus.  Don't want to send an attachment to the list (would anyone
dare send any type attachment after this snafu) but, if anyone wants the
program send me a private email and I will send it to you.

NOTE: this is only to clean out files created by the Happy99 virus and not
a general purpose virus checker.
