What do I know, I'm only speaking from having seen one person
nearly break, but not sever, a finger on a tekna with aluminum blades.
Certainly the clutch will slip but not until AFTER you have
already been whacked. But this is a free country and your
fingers are your concern, not mine. Go ahead and do whatever
you want.
