thanks for all the imput  people, I guess I should have said he is
certified with  NSSCDS
and NAUI open water his O/W instructor set him up this way, also sold
him a set of 121cf double tanks and he was of to florida, the same guy
that taught this cave course also taught his other two buddies trimix
course who to this day have no clue how to even do a trimix dive let
alone go into a cave I really believe this BULLSHIT must somehow come to
a END.
