Looked awfully impressive - very bright white light, long burn times, etc. These are "real" and ready to ship. They will also convert your existing cannister lights to use the HID heads It it, however, not cheap. Their web site is www.sarind.com Garrett Weinberg >> I wish I didn't miss dema. would like to see this thing Some people out there are probobly tired of the light issue, but, if you are the one getting ready to fork out another six hundred/or more, you just don't want to buy something that isn't going to get used because it's the wrong $$$$$ing thing. This is my last post on this subject. --I just looked at www.sarind.com, great prices on gear, Thanks for the address. Price is one of the major considerations here. With dive gear costs close to what, four thousand? five thousand for what I'm wearing when I'm diving, a new light at $1100.00 is considerable; however, I will probably get the explorer pro 14 as the burn time, price, and reliability are what I need. The main reason for getting an AUL light is I can save a good amount of money, which I can use for the trip to use the new light. The main reason for getting a pro 14 is where it comes from, the reputation is the best everywhere. The additional cost of a HID from sarind isn't justifiable (for me) even if it is reliable. What I need is to see dive-rites HID in action, and hear about the reliability, bulb life, durability, bouyancy, availability and price of parts, ect. If this thing cost three hundred, I'll probably buy one; And, buy a pro 14 too. thanks, Randy
