"The attached shop drawings are sufficient to reproduce the existing 
WKPP scooter design...." 

  
     In case there is still anyone out there who does not believe me on
the subject of Bill Stone, I will be pasing out these 35 pages of
drawings the next time we get together. This memo is on Cis Lunar
letterhead, and the drawings are all marked Cis Lunar, and they even
have a warning about not reproducing them since they are "property of
Cis Lunar".

     I think this tells us a lot about the class of Cis Lunar and its
people. Bill Gavin was 100% right on this guy, and so am I.

     We seriously need to assemble everything we have like this.
