This is my opinion The real contradiction is between Wak2 stated goal (3D map) and Stone's personal goal (sale of Cis Lunar). The Cis Lunar has come full circle. Prototype test during Wak1 to fifth generation (I guess), fully functional unit used to explore (they put in line where none existed) during Wak2. As a sales pitch, the use of these units on this project will prove their dive ability, durability, and "reliability". The Wak2 project will lend credibility to the RB regardless of the actual accomplishments, it's a sales pitch. A map to show where the RB was used is the icing on the cake. Stone needs for this to happen. He has spent over ten years developing and perfecting the Cis Lunar. He needs the sales. Sales = acceptance = validation. He needs to prove he had a good idea (electronic RB) and made it work. He hopes the Wak2 project does all this. The mapping of the cave got him access to it. But it wasn't to do science. It was to get the RB back to where it started. From prototype to "matured" unit. To prove the Cis has the "right stuff" to dive Wakulla. Like I said, my opinion. Grady
