This is not to be difficult, but the walls are black, the vis is never good, and this will be our first dive under the new argreements with St. Joe. Let me rimind all of you that St. Joe has never dealt with anyone before this, not even the Government. In today's risk averse enviromment, the fact that we can get a huge company like this which is the largest private landowner in Florida to give us access to their properties falls under the simple category of having the absolute best track record in the game ever. Let's keep it that way. We are not only going to have to be vigilant ourselves, but will have to aggressively disassociate ourselves from the fiasco and cluster that is now going on at Wakulla Springs, which I expect to blow up at any time, and which represents the exact opposite of everything we believe in and stand for, from the presence of untrained divers to the blatent disrepect for and abuse of the Park and the people who run it, as well as the cavalier attitude taken regarding this, and the constant exaggeration, false claims, misdirection, inuendo, and obvious grandiose display of wasted money combined wtih the Wizzard of Oz Syndrome. Despite what is going on at Wakulla, we will conintue to play by our rules, and we will continue to do it right and have respect for the resources and those who own them. We will also continue to operate under our "certification" of all of you which simply guarantees that whatever we have you doing, you are qualified to do it. Nobody else can isssue a "card" like that but the WKPP. We will put safeties in, and if the weather holds we will explore from both ends, as well as the downstream, and stage the swimthrough when we can accumulate the proper amount of mendia attention to the fact that these caves in two counties are apparently over 2 1/2 miles apart, but have a giant conduit connecting them. If the weather does not hold, well we won't be needing the safeties anywhere else anyway. Thre is a ton of cave to explore here - Gavin and I found and marked most of it six years ago when we were seeking the connection. I can send teams right to the spots, and there are tunnels anywhere from 1000 feet to 9000 feet in that I think will prove to be a complete system that weaves in and out. Let's T it up. "William C.
